Automated Membrane-Based Water Treatment Process (DIMS)
This advanced water treatment process integrates coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and membrane filtration with a membrane fouling index prediction model and automated pre-treatment control. It is capable of removing more than 99.99% of chlorine-resistant pathogenic microorganisms, while full process automation enhances operational convenience and efficiency.
Membrane Filtration Control Process
The system automatically performs in-line cleaning when particles above a certain size are detected for a specified duration. Based on the measured rate of pressure loss, the system monitors membrane integrity and detects potential damage, thereby enhancing the stability and reliability of membrane filtration operations.
