Two-Phase Anaerobic Digestion (DBS)
This two-phase anaerobic digestion process treats high-strength organic waste and produces methane by operating acidogenic and methanogenic bacteria under their respective optimal conditions.
In the acidogenesis reactor, buffering and organic acid production occur, while in the methanogenesis reactor, high-purity biogas is generated from organic acids. This technology enables efficient energy recovery from organic waste.
Advanced Two-Phase Anaerobic Digestion (Enhanced DBS)
This two-phase anaerobic digestion process incorporates a cylindrical digester with minimized dead space and an improved UASB-type reactor, enabling the treatment of a wide range of high-strength organic waste. Compared to conventional systems, it allows for easier removal of internal deposits and scum, improving overall operational efficiency.
This technology enables high-purity biogas production with increased methane content through a short retention time.
Integrated Biogas Resource Recovery Technology
This integrated solution covers the entire process—from pre-treatment and digestion to biogas production, power generation, and resource recovery—for organic waste resources Biogas generated during the process is utilized as electricity and thermal energy, while digestate is recycled as fertilizer feedstock.
The technology is applicable to municipal wastewater treatment plants, food waste recycling facilities, and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
AI-Based Anaerobic Digestion Operation & Management System
This system utilizes real-time monitoring data and AI-based process analysis to diagnose operating conditions and predict potential issues before they occur. Through automated control, it ensures stable operation and maximizes biogas production efficiency. It can be applied to food waste facilities, livestock waste facilities, sewage sludge treatment plants, and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
