Key Management System
We have established core management elements to prevent major and industrial accidents and integrated them into our safety and health management system.
Centered around the CEO, we develop and implement strategies to strengthen safety and health leadership and execution across all business units.
Implementation of ad-hoc 10-minute pre-work risk assessments to enforce the five core safety rules
Annual workshop to strengthen the capabilities of safety & health managers at each site (once per year)
Implementation of site-led safety & health training for workers
Guidance and support for identifying and eliminating high-risk nonconformities at sites prior to takeover
Implementation of inspections on the operational status of site safety & health systems and on-site safety management
- Working at height
- Wear safety harnesses and install working platforms for work at heights of 2 meters or above.
- Equipment operation
- Establish controlled zones, assign safety personnel, and prohibit simultaneous upper and lower operations.
- Chemical handling
- Ensure 100% use of personal protective equipment and require on-site supervision by a responsible manager.
- Confined space work
- Measure hazardous gas levels prior to work and assign a dedicated safety monitor.
- Maintenance work
- Secure clear access routes and confirm power shutdown before commencing work.
